During my stay at Forbes Retreat - Donnini, I found two aspects of the property to be quite convenient. the hotel is located close to the nearest airport, which was only 7 km away. This made it extremely easy and hassle-free for me to reach the hotel upon my arrival in Ayr. the accommodation also boasts a proximity of 9 km to the nearest airport, providing even more flexibility for future travels.
In terms of drawbacks, I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my stay. The property had some maintenance issues, particularly with the shower and TV.

The location of the apartment was great, as it was within walking distance to town and a short walk to the beach. the apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well decorated. the parking spaces right outside the main door were convenient and easily accessible.
There were several issues that detracted from our stay. the shower had low water pressure, making it difficult to get hot water.

I recently stayed at Forbes Retreat - Donnini and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk into town. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-decorated, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the parking spaces right outside the main door were convenient for us. The beachfront being just a 2-minute walk away was a major bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
During my stay, I encountered a few minor drawbacks. the shower had some issues with water pressure.

The 1-bedroom apartment at Forbes Retreat-Donnini Apartments in Ayr was like a cozy slice of nature. Surrounded by lush greenery, it made me feel instantly connected to the outdoors. The living room, with its flat-screen TV and satellite channels, provided a perfect blend of both comfort and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and oven allowed me to cook my own meals and enjoy a cozy dinner. The bedroom was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. it was a tranquil haven where I could unwind and feel one with nature.
The only drawback, and it's just my personal opinion, was that the bathroom had free toiletries that I didn't find to my liking.
